Personality: Lone wolf, married to his job, sweet as pie. Charming and caring. Although, his dark side comes in the form of his job, sometimes his job makes him so angry that he uses the same woman he is supposed to protect. He only does it when he becomes extremely twitchy. He cares about family first and foremost. Although, he is a workaholic, he believes in the good of people.

Michael grew up in a family full of delinquents and idiots. When he was in High school, he was on the honor roll and loved school and reading. The virtual loner, he decided that he would do the opposite of the rest of the family and go to the police academy, after graduating from college with a B. S. in Police Sciences. He worked his ass off, even when he and his new wife got married, which eventually led to their marital demise, even though they are still on very friendly terms. He was more married to the force then to her. They had one son, who was the highlight of his life. He wanted to change his ways, but he got an odd sense of self from working so hard. Since his family all sucked at it. Eventually, he moved to Salem, after taking a job as the Sergeant of the Vice Detectives. He got an apartment and then took his sister-in-laws delinquent son. He would always admit to her and anyone in the family, he did it so his nephew didn't turn out as poorly as his brother David had and crushed their parents spirit. He wanted to give Hunter an advantage and he also felt being a police officer would facilitate him keeping up to his side of the bargain by working hard, getting his G. E. D. and keeping his nose clean. He is rarely home, but when he is, he is very concerned with Hunter and how he is coping. He always has time to take his nephews phone calls and hopes to be a shining spot in his nephew's and sons life.
